Do I need a rental licence to let my property in Catalonia?

Yes. In Catalonia a valid tourist rental licence (HUT number) is legally required to let a holiday home. We only manage licensed properties and we can handle the full licence application for you.

How much commission do you charge?

Our management is all-in and depends on the level of service you choose.

Can I still use my own home?

Of course. You tell us which weeks you want to keep for yourself and we only rent out the rest. Your home stays yours.

What about the tourist tax and guest registration?

We take care of both, tourist-tax payment and the registration of your guests with the authorities are part of the service.

What happens if something breaks during a stay?

We are available 24/7 for breakdowns and emergencies. Our own team handles small repairs, and our staff is in the area every day.

How and when do I get paid?

Payment to owners is simple and prompt, with clear settlements after each booking so you always know where you stand.
