That is what property management is for. We become your local presence in Calonge, the people on the ground who keep your home running while you live your life elsewhere. You stay in control and informed; we handle the day to day. Since 2005 that is exactly what we have done for owners across the southern Costa Brava.

We handle listings, guests, cleaning and settlements; the upkeep is quoted separately and tailored, kept apart from the commission, while you choose which weeks to keep for yourself.

Managing Costa Brava homes since 2005


We are not a faraway agency. Our office is in Calonge, in the middle of the area we serve, and we have spent close to twenty years learning how to look after homes here, through every season and every kind of weather the coast throws at them.

That experience is the difference between a managed home and a managed-on-paper home. We know which problems the autumn storms bring, how an empty house behaves over winter, and what guests on the Costa Brava expect when they arrive.

How do you use your Costa Brava home?

Mostly for myself I visit through the year and just need it kept in good shape and watched while I'm away.

What does property management on the Costa Brava include?

It covers everything involved in looking after your home while you are away: regular checks, utilities, repairs and upkeep. If you also want your home to earn, our rental management builds on that same maintenance foundation and adds guests, cleaning and settlements. You pick the setup that fits how you use the home.

I don't live in Spain. Can you still manage my home?

Yes, this is exactly how we work. Most of our owners live abroad, in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Switzerland, the United States, Japan, South America and beyond. We act as your local presence in Calonge so distance is never a problem.

Why does rental management always come with maintenance?

Because a rented home only performs if it's properly cared for. Guests notice an unkempt house, and small issues turn into bad reviews. That's why maintenance comes as standard with managing a rented home. It isn't buried inside the commission: we quote it separately and tailored at the start, since every home is different. That way we protect both your income and your property, transparently priced.

How do you keep me informed about my property?

You receive regular reports on the state of your home, plus an immediate notification by WhatsApp or email if anything urgent arises. You always know how your property is doing.

What does management cost?

For a maintenance contract, two-weekly inspections start from €100 per month excluding VAT, depending on the size of your property. For rental management, our commission averages between 20% and 25% across the season; the maintenance is not part of that but comes as standard with the management and is quoted separately and tailored. We make a tailored offer once we understand your home and how you use it.
