Our standard rhythm is an inspection every two weeks, and we are also your first point of contact for the alarm, so you always know someone responds when it matters.

Two-weekly inspections start from €100 per month excluding VAT, depending on the size of your property. Additional work is charged at a favourable hourly rate, and we tailor a package to your home and the frequency you need.
We can. An extra check after a storm or heavy rainfall is available on request, on top of your standard contract, and we notify you 24/7 by WhatsApp or email if there's anything urgent.
Of course. We turn on the heating, air the house, clean, and have everything ready so you can enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.
Our own team handles small breakdowns and repairs, and we arrange specialists for larger work, pool, air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical, locksmith and more.
A home left empty is a home exposed. The Costa Brava is kind for most of the year, but autumn brings real storms off the Mediterranean, and a blocked gutter, a loose tile or a small leak that nobody notices in October can become a ceiling repair by spring. Damp builds quietly behind closed shutters. A garden goes from tidy to overgrown in a single season. And an obviously unoccupied house is simply a more tempting target. None of this is dramatic, but all of it is cheaper to prevent than to fix.
That is the whole point of regular maintenance: catching the small thing before it becomes the expensive thing, and giving you the certainty that someone has actually walked through your property recently and confirmed it is fine. We turn on the heating before you arrive, run the taps so nothing seizes, check the meters, and let you know the moment anything needs your attention rather than waiting for your next visit to discover it.
