2weken doorgebracht met de kinderen en kleinkinderen, mooie goed onderhouden villa in een rustige buurt,indien de eigenaar van de garage een leefruimte zou maken en langs de terrassen kunstgras zou leggen zou dit een topvilla zijn.

Een heel fijn huis. Genoeg ruimte en privacy. Schoon. Mooie locatie. Zwembad prima.
Echter wel jammer dat het huis niet goed wordt onderhouden.
Alles een beetje gedateerd. Tuinmeubelen gammel / kapot.
Daar zou wel wat aan gedaan moeten worden.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice, located in the heart of Calonge, a lovely Catalan village full of cultural festivities and cosy restaurants. Barcelona is just a 1h10 drive away if you really want to visit. You can explore the stunning Costa Brava, from Cadaqués to Tossa de Mar, with all its hiden coves, monasteries... And last but not least, delightful beaches are less than a 10 min drive away:). Our late arrival was no problem at all, Carla and Lotte were always available and accommodating, thank you very much !

Die Villa Amistad ist wunderbar dafür geeignet einen erholsamen und schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir waren zu fünft im Haus. Das Haus ist geräumig, die Zimmer groß genug, in einem Schlafzimmer wäre noch ein Schrank bzw. eine Kommode zweckmäßig. Die Bäder sind komfortabel, der Wohnbereich geräumig mit großen Fenstern die einen herrlichen Blick nach draußen ermöglichen. Die Küche ist ebenfalls groß und außerdem sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Auf der Terasse kann man auch bei heißem Wetter gut sitzen. Der Garten bietet ebenfalls viel Fläche und der Pool ist herrlich. Das Haus liegt in einer Siedlung in einer ruhigen Straße oberhalb der am Strand gelegenen Ortschaften. Das ganze Objekt war absolut gut gepflegt und sauber.

We zijn hier in april een aantal dagen geweest. We hebben hier genoten van het huis en de groene omgeving en alles was prachtig te noemen, alles goed verzorgd en bij de hand wat je maar kunt wensen. De omgeving is prachtig. Het is nog geen 10 minuten rijden vanaf de villa naar het strand. Goeie uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van de omgeving.

Maison très bien placé géographiquement. Une petite piscine très agréable, et un complexe communautaire privé avec piscine extraordinaire. Un sous sol avec billard très agréable est frais Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de climatisation alors qu'elle était présente, il y a encore toute l'installation existante ... Quelque travaux de rénovation devrons être réalisés pour rendre cette maison encore plus attrayante et conforme à sont prix .”

Onlangs hebben we 7dagen in deze prachtige villa doorgebracht. Schitterend uitzicht . We hebben genoten van het heerlijke zwembad. In slechts 10 minuten zit je aan het strand.een echte aanrader deze villa!
